Tokyo University of the Arts Fund was established to serve as a long-term, stable financial base for Tokyo University of the Arts, contributing to the further development of education and research projects and activities in collaboration with the wider society, as well as to the promotion of a culture of arts in Japan.
We welcome donations from individuals, businesses and the global community in order to implement our projects and build a more comprehensive support system for our students.
Donations to Tokyo University of the Arts Fund will be allocated to support the following projects as needed.
Donations can be made by credit card using the online application form (Japanese website – English version will be available soon).
Taxpayers in Japan who make a donation of JPY 2,000 or more as an individual are eligible for a tax deduction of income tax and inhabitant tax in some areas by including the donation receipt issued by the university when filing the final tax return. In the case of a corporate donation, the full amount contributed may be included as a deductible expense.
US taxpayers who donate to Tokyo University of the Arts Fund through Myriad USA are entitled to a US income tax deduction for their donation to the extent permitted by US tax law.
Please note that a receipt for donations made through Myriad USA will be issued by Myriad USA, not by the Tokyo University of the Arts.
